Workshop - Get started with Copilot Cowork

Together with a Storyals Productivity Coach, you'll work through real-life business scenarios and discover how to move beyond using AI as an assistant to collaborating with it as a digital co-worker. You'll learn how to delegate tasks and workflows using Copilot Cowork, create effective prompts that drive meaningful outcomes, and understand how Copilot Cowork plans and executes multi-step work across Microsoft 365. The workshop also covers model selection, Copilot Credit consumption, and best practices for governance, control, and responsible AI use. By the end of the session, you'll be able to identify practical opportunities where Copilot Cowork can increase productivity and create measurable business value for your organization.

Scope:

Pre-engagement meeting (60 minutes) with the person responsible for the workshop:

• Confirm participants and logistics
• Align on Copilot Cowork scenarios and goals
• Review Storyals Cowork sandbox environment

Workshop: Get started with Cowork for 8-12 participants with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license (3 hours):

• Hands-on workshop with real work scenarios
• Learn to delegate work using Copilot Cowork
• Understand model choice and Copilot Credit consumption

Follow-up meeting (60 minutes) with 1-4 participants, including IT:

• Recommendations and best practices
• Walk-through of key settings to enable Cowork
• Guidance on managing Copilot Credit consumption
